• Reliable attendance and ability to follow strict schedule requirements
• Able to report to Corona, CA ONSITE for first 90 days approximately for training and nesting
• Reliable hard-wired internet connection at home required for remote work (Wi-Fi is not accepted)
• A quiet, professional workspace for remote work
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
• Healthcare, insurance, or member services background
• Experience handling inbound calls, complaints, billing, eligibility, and benefits
• Prior remote customer service experience

Schedule:
• Training: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (PST), ONSITE for first 90 days approximately for nesting and training
• Nesting: Schedule to be determined based on business need
• Production: Candidates will be required to work nights and weekends based on business needs, with shifts running as late as 9:30 PM after training is completed
Interview Process:
Second-round interviews will be scheduled between October 5 and October 9. Candidates should confirm preferred day and time availability.

Overview:
This Customer Service Representative opportunity supports healthcare members and providers in a remote call center environment. Candidates should have strong call center or customer service experience and be able to commit to a strict attendance policy along with flexible evening and weekend availability. Candidates will report in person to Corona, CA on the first day for equipment pickup, followed by remote work.
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, addressing inquiries related to billing, eligibility, benefits, and general member services. This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance, though conversion is not guaranteed. The role is remote following ONSITE for first 90 days approximately for nesting and training in Corona, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound calls from members and providers regarding billing, eligibility, benefits, and general inquiries
• Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining strong documentation standards
• Meet performance expectations for call handling, attendance, and quality
• Complete all required training and nesting requirements remotely following the first-day equipment pickup
• Maintain a hard-wired internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
• Adapt to scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs
