Up Photo is hiring friendly and outgoing photographers to work at restaurant locations in the El Cajon / San Diego/ Mira Mesa area.
No professional photography experience is required — training is provided!
What you’ll do:
• Take photos of restaurant guests
• Print photos on-site
• Offer framed photos to guests for purchase
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
Pay:
• Commission-based — photographers earn 30% of their sales
• Typical earnings: $20–$35+ per hour
• Tips are additional
Schedule:
• Part-time
• Work is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Holiday availability is required
• Evening and weekend shifts
• Applicants should be available to work consistently on weekends
Requirements:
• Must be 18+
• Reliable transportation / own car
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching customers
• Responsible and punctual
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must wear an all-black uniform: black shirt, black pants, and black sneakers
Training:
• First training: approximately 60–90 minutes
• Second training: approximately 4–5 hours, paid at $16/hour
We provide the photography equipment and teach you everything you need to know.
