### OPENING #1: ADVANCED SOLDER TECHNICIAN – SAN DIEGO, CA
**Pay:** $27–$32/hr DOE
**Schedule:** 1st Shift, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
**Experience Level:** Advanced
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Solder Technician to perform complex cable, wire harness, and electromechanical assembly. This is a high-level position requiring advanced soldering skills, wire and cable harness experience, and the ability to work independently from technical drawings and schematics.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform point-to-point wiring and complex cable and wire harness assembly
* Complete harness routing, lacing, tie-down, chassis wiring, and panel wiring
* Hand solder and de-solder wires, terminals, connectors, and components
* Perform through-hole soldering
* Strip, tin, splice, crimp, terminate, and prepare wires
* Build First Article Assemblies from new or revised drawings
* Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
* Perform inspections, continuity testing, troubleshooting, rework, and repairs
* Use hand tools, crimp tools, soldering equipment, voltmeters, and continuity testers
* Perform microscope soldering or inspection when required
* Complete production records, First Article documentation, and quality logs
* Provide basic training or guidance to less experienced assemblers when needed
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or GED
* At least 5 years of hands-on wire and cable harness assembly experience
* Advanced soldering, crimping, stripping, tinning, routing, and termination skills
* First Article Assembly experience
* Ability to independently interpret drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
* Experience performing inspection, troubleshooting, rework, and repair
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Availability to work overtime and weekends when required
Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is a plus.

### OPENING #2: SOLDER TECHNICIAN – VISTA, CA
**Pay:** $21/hr DOE
**Employment Type:** Contract-to-Hire
**Experience Level:** Intermediate
We are seeking an experienced Solder Technician to support the production of cable and wire harness assemblies. The ideal candidate will have strong hand-soldering skills and recent experience working with cables, wires, terminals, and connectors.
**Responsibilities:**
* Hand solder wires, terminals, connectors, and small electronic components
* Strip, tin, splice, and crimp wires and cables
* Inspect solder joints and cable assemblies for quality
* Follow production travelers, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
* Use soldering irons, crimpers, strippers, tweezers, torque tools, and other hand tools
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all safety and quality procedures
* Work independently to meet production deadlines
**Requirements:**
* At least 1 year of recent soldering and cable/wire harness experience
* Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly documentation
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Knowledge of IPC-A-610 or IPC/WHMA-A-620 is a strong plus
