180 Roofing Pros/180 Solar Power is a local, family-owned roofing and solar company with great reviews/reputation. We're busy and growing, and we're adding to our field crews.
JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
- Load, carry, and stage materials on the ground and on roofs
- Tear-off and cleanup: debris removal, dumpster loading, job-site cleanup
- Hand tools and materials to crew members, keep the work area safe and organized
- Assist with basic prep work — flashing, underlayment, fastener cleanup, etc.
- Possibly help on solar jobs too (panel handling, ground assist, basic site work) — we'll train and cross-train as you show ability
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation to San Diego county job sites
-Valid drivers license
- Show up on time, every day, ready to work — this is the #1 thing
- Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders and on pitched roofs
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Safety-minded attitude
- No roofing experience needed — we'll train. Journeyman-level skills welcome but not required.
