CalBear Construction Inc. is hiring an Installer Helper to support our shower installation team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in customers’ homes.
Responsibilities
Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
Help installers prepare and protect the work area.
Assist with shower installations under the lead installer’s direction.
Keep job sites clean and remove debris.
Follow safety procedures and treat customers and their homes with care.

Ability to perform physical work and handle installation materials.
Good teamwork and attention to detail.
Construction or remodeling experience is helpful.
