PAY: $17.00 PER HOUR

SCHEDULE: MONDAY – FRIDAY, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Multi Team Staffing is currently hiring a Porter for an apartment community in Victorville, CA.
JOB DUTIES:
Maintain cleanliness of the apartment community and common areas
Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
Clean and maintain walkways, breezeways, parking areas, and other common areas
Assist with groundskeeping and basic property upkeep
Help maintain a clean and presentable appearance throughout the community
Assist the maintenance team with general tasks as needed
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
Perform other general porter duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or apartment maintenance experience preferred
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors
Must have a professional attitude and strong work ethic
PAY & SCHEDULE:
$17.00 PER HOUR
FULL-TIME – 40 HOURS PER WEEK
MONDAY – FRIDAY
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
