Configuration/Change Manager
LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Configuration/Change Manager to support our contract at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) DDSB based in San Antonio, Texas.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in using SharePoint and Teams platforms for document management and collaboration, including designing and implementing workflows
- High School diploma
- Must be a self-starter, team builder, excellent communicator and process oriented
- SharePoint and ServiceNow experience preferred
Job Description
- This position provides support and ownership to the document control processes and training throughout the product life cycle, including development, sustaining and end-of-life
- Control and manage the configuration changes throughout its lifecycle
- Ensuring all components, versions, and changes are accurately documented and controlled
- Enforcing change control processes to prevent inconsistencies and issues with system performance and functionality
- Define the CM scope and plan
- Maintain configuration management baseline of IT cloud and on-premises environments
- Implement and maintain change management process
- Gather and document requirements and metrics
- Develop and improve processes
- Establish and maintain documentation policies and procedures
- Track and report project task status updates
- Drive CM related project initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Verify and audit the configuration status
- Improve and optimize the CM process and tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
