Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team. The Kitchen Staff will support daily food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen environment. Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes according to established standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
Support cooking processes by following recipes and safety guidelines
Handle food safely and adhere to proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Support banquet setups and service during events or large functions
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies to uphold food safety standards
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of shortages
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
Basic understanding of sanitation standards and food handling procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed
