Ulivo Restaurant in Ocean Beach is looking for a kitchen staff member with Italian food experience. Please, only apply for this job if you are able to work evenings (3pm to 10pm) and weekends. Responsibilities
• Food prep: Preparing all food items needed for service, including salad station, meats and seafood, desserts.
• Ability to follow salad recipes and prepare them accurately during service.
• Prepare and plate desserts to order during service.
• Some hot line experience is a bonus.
• Assisting chef in other duties
• Team player with a good attitude, who shows up to work on time, and is a respectful and responsible individual
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Must have good knife skills
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English
• Spanish, bilingual a plus
