What you'll do:
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes from our seasonally evolving menu, with a focus on Spanish and European tapas and entrees.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service, maintaining our high standards for taste, presentation, and timeliness.
Manage your station effectively, including setup, stocking, and an unwavering commitment to cleanliness and organization.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation as needed.
Embrace opportunities to learn and contribute to menu development.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting, preferably with exposure to European, Spanish, or tapas-style cuisine.
Solid understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure under pressure in a busy kitchen.
A strong work ethic and reliability.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for creating exceptional food and a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices (Food Handler Certification is a plus).
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
