Experienced Remodeling Tradesman – Full-Time
Pay: $23–$30+/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time

Minahan’s General Contracting is a family-owned residential remodeling company looking for an experienced Remodeling Tradesman to join our team.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of hands-on residential remodeling experience who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can handle a variety of trades.
Experience should include:
• Rough and finish carpentry
• Framing and trim work
• Drywall installation and repair
• Tile installation
• Interior and exterior painting
• General residential remodeling and repairs
What we're looking for:
• Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling/construction experience
• Strong carpentry and general trades skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Ability to read plans, measurements, and project specifications
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Dependable and able to show up on time
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working with standard construction tools and equipment
• Able to maintain a clean and safe jobsite
