The Stand is opening a brand new location in Mission Valley, right across from AMC! We're looking for friendly, outgoing team members to join our opening crew and help us deliver great food, service, and hospitality.
CASHIER – 21+
Our Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests. We're looking for friendly, welcoming team members who enjoy providing great customer service, taking orders accurately, handling payments, and creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who is:
• Friendly and outgoing
• Reliable and dependable
• Customer-service oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Our Bartenders help create a fun and welcoming experience for our guests while preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing excellent hospitality and service.
We're looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, outgoing, and personable
• Guest-focused with strong communication skills
• Manage bar inventory and keep the bar stocked and organized
• Craft cocktails and beverages to spec — every time, every guest
• Know the menu inside and out — food, drinks, specials, and promotions
• At LEAST 1-2 years of bartending in restaurant experience is required
