We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Smoothie Shop Barista to join our team!
We are a friendly, family-oriented local business with a welcoming atmosphere for both our customers and employees. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and can keep up in a busy, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Smoothie Shop Barista, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing smoothies, açaí bowls, and other menu items according to our recipes and quality standards
- Preparing and cutting fresh fruit and other ingredients
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Taking orders and accurately handling cash and card transactions
- Keeping workstations, equipment, and customer areas clean and sanitary
- Restocking ingredients and supplies throughout your shift
- Completing opening and closing duties
- Following all food-safety, sanitation, and health department standards
- Working efficiently with other team members during busy periods

Being fast is important, but being fast does not mean being sloppy. Because we work with fresh food and ingredients, cleanliness, accuracy, attention to detail, and following proper food-safety procedures are essential.
Position & Compensation
This is a part-time position on the higher end of part-time hours, with the opportunity to earn excellent tips. With hourly wages and tips combined, employees can average around $30 per hour, although tips vary and are not guaranteed.
Training & Working Interview
Training is provided.
Candidates selected to move forward will complete a paid 7–10 day working interview/evaluation period. During this time, we will train you while evaluating how well the position fits both you and our team.
