C-ME Trim Company, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Window Sales Representative to join our team.
This position is responsible for developing new business, meeting with prospective customers, presenting window and related products, preparing estimates, following up on leads, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who enjoys working directly with customers and has strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate new window sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Meet with homeowners, contractors, property owners, and other potential customers.
Conduct customer consultations and determine project needs.
Measure or coordinate measurements of window openings and project requirements.
Present window products, options, pricing, and project information.
Prepare estimates and sales proposals.
Follow up with prospective customers and existing leads.
Negotiate and close sales in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with office staff, project managers, installers, and other team members.
Follow projects from sale through completion as needed.
Identify opportunities for additional sales and referrals.
Represent C-ME Trim Company, Inc. professionally in the field.
Meet established sales and performance objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous outside sales experience preferred.
Window, door, construction, remodeling, or home-improvement sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer-service skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to develop leads and close sales.
Ability to accurately explain product options and pricing.
Basic computer skills.
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel to customer locations and job sites.

COMPENSATION
This is a commission-based sales position.
Commission will be calculated according to the company's written commission agreement and applicable sales compensation plan.
Commission terms, including when a commission is considered earned, how commissions are calculated, and when commissions are paid, will be provided in the written commission agreement.
