Are you confident on the phone, motivated by money, and know how to turn a conversation into a sale?
We’re looking for hungry, competitive, hard-working sales reps who want to come in, work quality inbound leads, close deals, and get paid for their performance.
And when we say inbound, we mean inbound.
NO cold calling. NO sitting around staring at a dead phone. NO BAD LEADS. Our leads are actively reaching out looking for debt relief, and the phones are HOT. Your job is to pick up, build rapport, understand their situation, explain their options, overcome objections, and close.

HOW DO REPS GET PAID?
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.
Commissions are paid WEEKLY in cash every Friday. We also offer additional same-day cash bonuses for qualifying performance.
Our current top rep consistently earns around $8,000–$10,000 per month and does it by WORKING. He's consistent, puts in the effort, follows up, and closes.
You work hard, you sell, you get paid. And if you can outperform the top guy? Even better.

We're not a massive call center where you're just another number. We're still a tight team, but we're growing FAST — which means we're looking for strong reps now who want to get in while we're building.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Taking 100% inbound calls from consumers actively looking for debt relief
Building rapport and understanding each client's financial situation
Explaining debt resolution options clearly and confidently
Qualifying leads and identifying the right solution
Handling objections and asking for the sale
Guiding qualified clients through enrollment
Hitting your numbers and constantly improving

Already have sales experience? Great — bring it.
Newer to sales but know you have the confidence, work ethic, and personality for it? We can teach you the rest.
We have a strong, hands-on sales training program designed to teach you exactly what you need to know before you hit the phones — from understanding the debt resolution process and learning the pitch to building rapport, handling objections, qualifying clients, and confidently asking for the sale.
We’re not going to throw you on the phones on Day 1 and expect you to figure it out.
We’ll give you the script, the training, the tools, and the practice. You bring the effort.
By the time you start taking live calls, the goal is for you to feel prepared, confident, and ready to CLOSE.
