About this Role
At Brink Constructors, Inc., the Sr. Scheduler develops and owns integrated project schedules across a portfolio of concurrent projects, and sets the scheduling standard that other schedulers on the team follow. This role analyzes subcontractor-developed construction schedules, integrates Project Manager input into defensible baselines, and drives the schedule process through the full project lifecycle — while acting as the go-to technical resource for 1-2 other schedulers on the team.
Pay: This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $120,000 -$150,000. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
Location/Travel Requirements: This is a remote position. Up to 25% travel is required.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain project schedules across multiple concurrent projects, including bid/proposal schedules, baseline schedules, and progress updates
- Set the scheduling standards, methods, and quality bar that other schedulers on the team follow
- Serve as a technical resource for less experienced schedulers, reviewing their schedule logic and coaching on best practices
- Interface directly with clients, attend construction meetings, and present statistical and schedule performance reports
- Analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report schedule performance against baselines; identify variances and drive resolution plans
- Compile and analyze historical performance data to sharpen forecasting and planning across future bids
- Identify schedule risk early and develop mitigation strategies before they become cost or claims exposure
- Coordinate project timelines with internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
- Utilize project management software (P6, MS Project, Tilos) to keep schedules and tracking tight and current
What You'll Bring
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience using Oracle Primavera P6
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- Experience working with high-voltage utility contracting project management
- Knowledge of utility industry practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Tilos
