MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – SAN DIEGO, CA
PAY: $23.00 PER HOUR
SCHEDULE: MONDAY – FRIDAY
FULL-TIME – 40 HOURS PER WEEK

Multi Team Staffing is currently hiring a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in San Diego, CA.
JOB DUTIES:
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
Perform basic electrical repairs
Complete drywall repairs, patching, and painting
Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
Complete work orders and maintenance requests
Perform preventive maintenance
Assist with apartment unit turns and make-ready work
Maintain common areas as needed
Follow all property and safety procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous maintenance technician experience preferred
Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation
Dependable and punctual
Must be available Monday–Friday for a full-time 40-hour schedule
Must be professional and able to work independently
COMPENSATION:
$23.00 PER HOUR
FULL-TIME – 40 HOURS PER WEEK
