GMA Logistics Inc. is hiring an experienced part-time CDL-A company driver for California–Texas round trips, with the truck based at our yard in Jurupa Valley, CA.
Looking for time off between OTR trips? This role is approximately two round trips per month, with each trip lasting about 5–6 days. This is a PART-TIME W-2 employee position.
PAY & SCHEDULE
• $0.60 per mile.
• Approximately 6,000 miles per month — about $3,600 gross monthly mileage pay before taxes at that mileage.
• Approximately two CA–TX–CA round trips per month.
• Plan to be away from home about 5–6 days per trip, with ~1 week off between trips.
• W-2 payroll with applicable taxes withheld.
EQUIPMENT & YARD
• Company truck and trailer provided.
• Automatic Freightliner Cascadia.
• Yard located in Jurupa Valley, CA.
DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Seeking drivers with 5+ years of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience, including OTR driving.
• Safe driving record and ability to meet company insurance and applicable driver qualification requirements.
• Able to pass required drug/alcohol screening and driving-record checks.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to communicate clearly about pickups, deliveries, and trip progress.
• Available for approximately two trips per month, each lasting about 5–6 days.
