The OpportunityThis is a 1099, commission-only sales role designed for true closers who want the freedom with unlimited earning potential. If you are an experienced home improvement sales representative who knows how to build trust, present value, and close deals on the spot, this role is for you.
Required Product KnowledgeTo succeed in this role, you must already have a strong working knowledge of our core product lines:
Windows & Doors: High-performance, energy-efficient replacements.
Roofing: Residential roofing systems and materials.
HVAC: Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Insulation: Wall and attic insulation solutions.
CoolWall / CoolLife: Heat-reflective exterior wall coatings.
Alumawood Patio Covers: Premium, low-maintenance outdoor living structures.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a current, valid Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration.
Experience: Proven track record in in-home sales, residential remodeling, or home improvement.
Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Independence: Self-starter mentality with reliable transportation and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
