We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support several upcoming IT initiatives.
The initial engagement is expected to run from now (Oct. 1) through mid-December, at approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of extending the assignment depending on project needs and performance.
We are looking for someone with approximately 3–5 years of project management experience who is comfortable managing a mix of software development, application implementation, data migration, and infrastructure projects. Higher education experience is preferred, but not required.
Preferred qualifications include:
3–5+ years of project management experience
Experience managing software/application and/or infrastructure projects
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Strong communication, organization, and vendor coordination skills
Higher education experience preferred
Formal project/program certifications strongly preferred, including PMP, CSM, and/or CPO
Prior experience with Ellucian’s Banner Product highly preferred.
Must have strong communication and follow up skills.
This person would likely manage 2–4 smaller projects concurrently. We are not expecting one person to manage everything listed below, but these are examples of projects that may fall within the assignment:
Scholarship software implementation
Financial budgeting software solutions
Workday ERP outbound data migrations/integrations
Microsoft Dynamics CRM-related initiatives
UPS replacement projects
WAN refresh projects
The mix of assignments may change based on priorities and the candidate's background.
