🔪 Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:
Manage daily butchery operations
Supervise and train butchery staff
Cut, trim, portion, and prepare different types of meat
Maintain product quality and proper inventory levels
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
Monitor orders, product rotation, and waste
Provide strong leadership and customer service
Requisitos / Requirements:
Previous butchery or meat department management experience preferred
Experiencia previa en carnicerĂa o manejo de departamento de carnes preferida
Strong knowledge of meat cutting and preparation
Conocimiento de cortes y preparaciĂłn de carnes
Must be reliable, organized, and punctual
Debe ser responsable, organizado(a) y puntual
Ability to lead and work well with a team

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
