Work single-family residential neighborhoods and identify homeowners interested in learning more about potential solar energy savings.
**FIELD REP COMPENSATION:
✅ **$15/hour** under the program's field-rep compensation structure
✅ **$400 backend commission** when your qualified solar lead closes as a sale

Our Southern California residential natural-gas campaign provides another powerful income opportunity.
Unlike solar, **natural gas gives field reps the ability to work multifamily/apartment communities as well as other eligible residential opportunities.
### 💰 TIERED COMMISSION STRUCTURE
**Example earning scenario:
**$40 per qualified residential gas enrollment**
**10 enrollments per day**
**5 days per week/ Saturdays are open for high work ethic Energy Consultants
**$2,000 IN WEEKLY COMMISSIONS**
