We are a chef driven Mexican restaurant in downtown Silverado looking for Grill Line Cook and bartender.
💰 Compensation: Cook: $20-$25 per hour / Bartender: Minimum+tip
REQUIREMENTS:
Grill line cook
-Food preparation pre-shift
-Prior experience as a grill line cook or similar position
-Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and grilling techniques
-Ability to multitask, work fast, and maintain quality under pressure
-Team-oriented, dependable, and passionate about food
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Strong kitchen knowledge.
1+ years experience as a line cook
Professional, warm and welcoming personal presentation.
A positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to act independently to solve problems as they occur.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit for extended periods of time; walk; kneel/crouch; smell; taste; lift 55+ pounds; maneuver 160+ pounds.

Bartender
- Open and close the bar, ensuring it’s clean, stocked, and ready for service.
- Prepare syrups, garnishes, and craft cocktails with precision.
- Greet and serve guests with warmth, efficiency, and menu expertise.
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and proper work procedures
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
