Hiring a Crew Manager for our operation. This is a field position to help with deployment of our roofing projects. Below are the requirements for this job.
* Speak fluent English and Spanish
* Have strong knowledge of shingle, tile and torch down roofing systems
* Very organized
* Good with technology
Your responsibilities:
* Meet with client before installation to review the entire project.
* Communicate clearly with the tear off and install crew on the client expectations.
* Upload project photos in our system.
* Review change orders and receive client approval.
* Help out with inspection process and setup ladders.
* Occasional delivery of materials to the crew.
* Making sure crews are following OSHA regulations, wear company shirts, appear clean on the job, installing correctly.
* Help obtain city permits.
* Achieve 5 star reviews from clients.
