CNN seeks a talented Production Assistant (Temporary) to join the Anderson Cooper 360 team. This role is based in NY New York 30 Hudson Yards, United States of America and will involve research-focused daily duties that support story development, talent and IP ideation, and the broader production team.
You will spend much of your time doing in-depth research and supporting organizational and administrative tasks as needed. Flexibility and time management are essential. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment matter a great deal.
Some of the work you can expect to do includes research across online databases, helping with idea development for talent and programming, and routine administrative support for producers and other team members. We value team players who bring a good attitude and are willing to be flexible.
Preferred background and skills include:

Prior development experience or demonstrated interest in non-fiction programming preferred.

Prior research experience - online databases.

Familiarity with national politics and journalism, non-fiction television landscape.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Must be highly organized, a creative problem solver, team player; good attitude; flexible.

Ability to multi-task and be successful in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation information for this role. Pay Range: $35,360 - $50,700.00 salary per year. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
