Laguna Canyon Provisions is a new, culinary-driven multi-concept food hall coming to the Spectrum Terrace campus in Irvine. Under one roof, we bring together six distinct concepts, each with its own identity and menu:

This is a chef-forward approach to the food hall, where every concept holds itself to real restaurant standards. We're opening our doors next week and building our founding team from the ground up — which means real opportunity. The team members who help us launch will be the ones we look to as we grow.
As the face of our anchor café and wine counter, you'll set the tone for every guest's experience.
A daytime schedule with weekends off: This is a Monday-to-Friday, daytime operation. If you've spent years missing weekends or you've simply been looking to expand your barista skillset into the realm of beer/wine and events, this is your chance to build a serious hospitality career and still have your evenings and weekends free.
This food hall supports around 3,000 tenants across 9 buildings — a built-in community of guests to welcome every day. We'll serve a diverse menu for breakfast, lunch, and happy hour, drawing flavors from each of our culinary concepts.
We're seeking baristas and beer + wine tenders who:
-Are warm, guest-focused, and genuinely enjoy personal contact with people
-Take pride in crafting quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
-Stay calm, focused, and organized during busy morning and happy hour rushes
-Bring a team-oriented attitude and communicate well
-Are reliable, professional, and genuinely passionate about food and drink
-Have prior café, bar, or service experience (preferred, but a hard-working, fast-learning attitude goes a long way — all skill levels are encouraged to apply)
***21+ for the afternoon Beer + Wine Tender role
What you'll do:
Greet guests and take café, breakfast, and happy hour orders
Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to a consistent standard
Pour beer and wine during afternoon happy hour (PM role)
Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
Build relationships with regulars through consistent, high-touch service
Assist with catering and events as opportunities arise
Help with setup, inventory, and ordering as needed
Compensation + Benefits:
-$20/hour — plus a share of tips
-Monday–Friday daytime schedule — weekends off
