Responsibilities:
Administer medications
Assist residents with ADLs
Document and report changes in condition
Maintain EMR records
Assist with meals, transfers, and activities
Respond to resident calls and emergencies
Qualifications:
Med Tech, caregiver, or Assisted Living experience preferred
Current First Aid Certification
Food Handler's Certificate
Ability to pass physical, TB test, and fingerprint clearance
Strong communication and computer skills
