VITALY CAFFÈ in Costa Mesa is hiring an experienced Barista / Server to join our team.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on barista experience, with strong skills in preparing espresso-based drinks and providing excellent customer service. Latte art skills are a plus.
We offer a stable, responsible position with at least 30 hours per week after training.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 3 years of professional barista experience
• Strong espresso and milk-steaming skills
• Server/customer service experience
• Fluent English
• Reliable, responsible, and professional
• Weekend availability is required
• Latte art skills are a plus
