Requirements
Valid Class A CDL + current 5-page Medical Card
2 years verifiable OTR experience
No accidents or moving violations in past 3 years
Must pass drug test (no programs in last 5 years)
Current MVR (less than 30 days old)
If CDL issued after 2023, include prior CDL to cover full 2 years
