A LITTLE ABOUT US
We're a busy, growing chiropractic office that helps people heal after car accidents. Our patients walk in hurting and scared, and this office runs on ORDER... clean records, a schedule that flows, and a team that's on top of everything.
That's where YOU come in. You'll keep the day flowing, keep our records tight and accurate, and lead the team so nothing slips. Never worked in a medical or P.I. office? Perfect, we'll train you on all of it. Our doctor even brings in a professional coach who works with the team one-on-one, so you'll be set up to win from day one.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Keep the day flowing... patient scheduling, patient flow, and supporting the doctor and the team
Keep our records clean and accurate (we'll train you on the P.I. side... the documentation, the follow-ups, the attorney and insurance communication)
Lead the front and back office team, and help bring on and train new people as we grow
Greet patients warmly, manage calls and reminders, and keep the office stocked and organized
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
A love of order, people, and leading a busy day
Great at juggling a lot at once without dropping the ball
Comfortable on a computer (we'll train you on our systems)
Professional, warm, and reliable
A BIG PLUS (but NOT required)
Experience in a medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or P.I. office
Bilingual in Spanish
Prior management or leadership experience

Pay: $20 to $24/hour DOE
