We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team in Riverside, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a proven track record of managing cases from inception through trial.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Experience with all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Excellent client communication and case management abilities
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Conduct depositions and represent clients in court appearances
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategy
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status
