Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator
AcuMedia | San Bernardino, CA | Full-Time, On-Site
$22–$31/hour (DOE) + benefits
This is an in-office position. Remote and hybrid work are not available for this role.
About AcuMedia
AcuMedia is the marketing and technology team behind a group of affiliated companies, along with a select set of outside clients.
That structure shapes the job. You won't be running marketing for one product line. You'll work across several businesses in different industries, and you'll see the results of your work show up directly in sales and inventory movement rather than in a quarterly report.
Two new companies are launching this calendar year. Whoever steps into this role will help build their marketing presence from the ground up, from first listing to first campaign. We're hiring with growth in mind: as those brands scale, there's a clear path to owning more, leading more, and taking on a larger title and pay range.
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator who can keep our online marketplace presence running, manage paid campaigns, and produce the content that feeds both.
This is a generalist role and the range is wide by design. If you like owning a channel end to end — listing it, advertising it, shooting it, and writing it — you'll do well here. If you prefer to specialize deeply in one discipline, this probably isn't the right fit.
What You'll Do
Marketplace & Listings
• Build, update, and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WordPress, OfferUp, Craigslist, and similar platforms
• Keep pricing, inventory, and product data accurate and consistent across channels
• Learn and work within our proprietary internal platforms (full training provided)
Paid Media
• Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads
• Plan and run paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Track spend and performance, and adjust based on what the numbers actually show
Content & Creative
• Manage day-to-day organic social posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Write B2B marketing content for social, email, and web
• Shoot and edit product photography for listings and social use
• Design graphics and marketing assets in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and production work
What We're Looking For
Required
• 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing or e-commerce experience
• Direct experience managing listings on at least one major marketplace platform (Shopify, Amazon, or eBay)
• Practical experience building and managing Google Ads campaigns, including budget and bid management
• Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Clear, competent business writing — you'll be producing copy, not just scheduling it
• Comfort shooting usable product photos with available equipment and lighting
• Self-directed and organized. This role juggles multiple brands and deadlines with limited hand-holding.
Nice to Have
• Experience across additional marketplaces (WordPress/WooCommerce, OfferUp, Craigslist)
• Microsoft (Bing) Ads experience
• Paid social campaign management on Meta platforms
• B2B marketing background
• Video editing for short-form social
• Established workflows using AI tools for content and research
If you hit most of the required list and only some of the rest, apply anyway. We train on the platforms and tools we use internally.
Schedule & Location
On-site in San Bernardino, CA. Standard business hours, Monday through Friday. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
Compensation & Benefits
• $22–$31/hour, depending on experience
• Benefits: health/dental/vision, paid holidays
• Growth path tied to the launch of two new brands this year
Internship Track
We also have room for a paid marketing intern at $17–$20/hour. This is a separate, entry-level position with training provided — no prior professional experience required, though coursework or personal projects in marketing, design, or e-commerce help. If you’re interested in the internship rather than the coordinator role, say so in your application.
How to Apply
Send your resume along with a short summary of your relevant experience. If you have a portfolio, campaign examples, listings you’ve built, or photography samples, include those — they carry more weight than the resume.
