Your Responsibilities-
- Provide general maintenance support by completing minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and masonry repairs throughout the facility.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and complete required maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, and clearing debris from drains.
- Perform general building maintenance as directed, including lamp replacement, minor construction, basic wiring, and repairs to overhead doors and plumbing systems.
- Support coworkers, contractors, vendors, project managers, engineers, and other team members as needed for projects, renovations, and facility improvements.
- Follow company policies and procedures while completing all required documentation and time reporting accurately and on time.
- Work safely and promptly report any potentially unsafe conditions.
- Work in environments where conditions may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, odors, dust, oils, mists, gases, or other challenging work conditions.
- Work scheduled and unscheduled overtime and provide emergency call-in support when needed.
