The Rustik Fork is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Busser to join our team.
We are a locally owned restaurant committed to serving high-quality, scratch-made food and providing exceptional hospitality. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and understands the importance of keeping the dining room clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
Assist servers throughout service as needed
Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas
Refill water and assist with guest needs
Remove dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables
Help maintain cleanliness of floors, tables, chairs, and surrounding areas
Assist with opening and closing duties
Communicate with servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service
Work as part of a team to provide an excellent guest experience
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant bussing or similar restaurant experience required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to remain organized and anticipate what needs to be done
Must be available for evenings and weekends
Current Food Handler Card preferred
