FOH Positions:
* Ability to learn multiple positions, including Host and Take Out.
* Experience in customer service is highly recommended; experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
* More important than experience is a good attitude and humility. We like people who are energetic, personable, and never say no. We are looking for people who take initiative, work hard with a desire to learn more, and work well in a team. Hospitality is the most important aspect of our business.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are very important.
* The host position involves organizing reservations, seating customers, assisting servers in refilling drinks, bussing, etc.
* The take-out position includes answering phone calls, taking to-go orders, bagging food, charging customers, and assisting servers with bussing tables, food-running, and cleaning.
* All positions include completing necessary sidework.
* Looking for someone with flexibility who can work afternoon shifts from 3:30 to close.
