Are you energetic, compassionate, and passionate about helping older adults stay engaged and connected? Seacrest Village is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant to join our Assisted Living team and help create meaningful experiences that bring joy, purpose, and connection to our residents.
Located in beautiful Encinitas, Seacrest Village offers a welcoming community where residents and team members are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
What You'll Do
Assist with planning and leading recreational, social, educational, and wellness activities
Encourage resident participation and engagement
Help organize special events, outings, and holiday celebrations
Build positive relationships with residents and their families
Support residents in maintaining an active and fulfilling lifestyle
Assist with activity setup, cleanup, and documentation as needed

Qualifications
Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic personality
Experience working with seniors is preferred but not required
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test
Must obtain fingerprint clearance as required by licensure
