Licensed contractor looking for **2–3 dependable workers** for landscape and general construction work in **Rancho Mission Viejo / South Orange County**.
Work includes:
* Planting trees and shrubs
* Digging and grading
* Irrigation
* Moving rock and materials
* Demo and general construction
* Job-site cleanup
**Experience helpful but not required.** Looking for people who show up on time, work hard, and are willing to learn.
**$20–$25/hour depending on experience and ability.**
Full days. **Steady work available for the right people.**
