FireFly Permanent Lighting is looking for a few outgoing, motivated sales reps to join us for our busiest selling season.
We install permanent exterior LED lighting that looks clean and nearly invisible during the day — then lights up the house for Christmas, Halloween, game days, birthdays, holidays, accent lighting and more.
Best part? Homeowners never have to climb a ladder and hang Christmas lights again.
💰 MAKE $250–$450+ PER SALE
This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential.
Most jobs only take one homeowner saying yes.
3 sales = $750–$1,350+
5 sales = $1,250–$2,250+
10 sales = $2,500–$4,500+
And we’re heading into the absolute best time of year to sell it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
It’s pretty simple:
Knock doors in good neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to FireFly, show them what permanent lighting looks like, and generate sales.
You’re not trying to convince someone to buy something complicated.
They can literally look at a house, see the lights, and understand the product in about 30 seconds.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll probably do well if you:
• Are outgoing and comfortable talking to people
• Aren’t afraid to knock doors
• Are competitive and motivated by money
• Can work independently
• Have a positive personality
• Want your income tied to your effort
Previous sales or door-to-door experience is great, but not required.
College students, athletes, bartenders/servers, car salespeople, solar reps, pest-control reps, roofing reps and anyone with a competitive personality are encouraged to apply.
