City Finance is growing, and we're looking for motivated, confident, and hardworking Call Transfer Agents to join our team!
This is a fast-paced, high-energy call center position where you'll speak with inbound callers, identify qualified prospects, and connect them directly with our sales team.
If you're confident on the phone, can build rapport quickly, and know how to keep a conversation moving ā we want to hear from you!

š WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle a high volume of inbound calls
Speak with potential clients and determine basic qualifications
Build rapport and keep callers engaged
Identify qualified prospects
Transfer qualified callers to our sales representatives
Accurately enter information into our CRM
Maintain detailed and accurate client records
Provide a professional and positive customer experience
Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities
ā WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is:
Fluent in English
Confident and professional on the phone
Comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds
Motivated by weekly commissions
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
Able to multitask in a fast-paced call center
Strong with computers and data entry
Detail-oriented and organized
Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred
