MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – APARTMENT COMMUNITY
Location: San Marcos, CA
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community in San Marcos.
Responsibilities include:
Performing general apartment and property maintenance
Completing work orders and service requests
Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
Preparing apartments for new residents
Maintaining common areas and property grounds
Responding to maintenance emergencies when needed
Keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Previous apartment/property maintenance experience preferred
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license preferred
Position: Full-Time
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22/hour
