We are a growing underground utility company serving Southern California, specializing in sewer, water, and storm drain construction. We're looking to add experienced, reliable crew members to our team.
Positions Available:
Foreman – Must have proven experience leading underground utility crews, reading plans/grades, and managing daily production on private construction projects.
Pipelayers – Experienced in laying sewer, water, and storm drain pipe to grade; comfortable working in trenches and around heavy equipment.
What We're Looking For:
Pipelayers: minimum 2+ years of experience in underground utility construction
Foreman: minimum 5+ years of experience, including crew leadership
Strong understanding of trench safety and OSHA excavation standards
Ability to read and interpret civil plans and grade sheets
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Team players who take pride in quality work and safety
