About Us
Supercanic is a BAR-licensed auto repair and mobile mechanic shop serving Hemet and the greater Riverside County / Inland Empire area. We're growing fast and looking for a Service Advisor who wants to be part of a shop that actually treats customers right ā no upselling games, just honest, quality repair work.
What You'll Do
Greet customers and be the friendly first point of contact, in person and over the phone
Write up repair orders and clearly explain recommended services, pricing, and timelines
Communicate with technicians to track job progress and keep customers updated
Schedule appointments and manage the day's workflow to keep the shop running smoothly
Handle payments, invoices, and basic office/administrative tasks
Help build long-term customer relationships through trust and clear communication
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment
Basic understanding of automotive terminology (prior service advisor, parts counter, or shop experience a plus, but not required)
Comfortable using computers/software for scheduling and write-ups
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
