Delivery Driver (Laguna Hills)
Compensation: $21–$23/hr DOE, with room to start higher for experienced drivers
Employment type: Part-time (real potential for full-time as we grow)
Scratch Bakery Cafe is growing, and we need a reliable, friendly driver to help us get fresh product to the cafes, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores that count on us every morning. Join a small, tight-knit team where drivers get cross-trained into other departments as we expand — this is a real foot in the door, not just a driving gig.
What you'll do:
● Pick up product from our Laguna Hills location
● Load the company delivery van
● Navigate an optimized delivery route (GPS on your phone)
● Unload deliveries at customer locations
● Send customers a quick notification text on arrival
Schedule: Early mornings, 5:00am–9:00am. Weekend availability required.

What we're looking for:
● 25+ years old with a valid CA license and a clean driving record
● Comfortable driving a company van and using GPS navigation to optimize routes
● Able to lift 50+ lb boxes and use a dolly and/or hand truck
● Clear communicator — with management, customers, and vendors
● Polite, professional, and customer-focused
