Consolidated Precision Products (CPP Corporation) is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives supporting our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will manage end-to-end IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams in Information Technology and Project Management & Coordination. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets; track milestones; manage risks; and ensure delivery of secure, reliable solutions for production and enterprise systems. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT projects supporting manufacturing and enterprise operations
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets aligned with business goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and business units
- Manage risk, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present to stakeholders
- Ensure quality, security, and compliance standards are met for all IT deliverables
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate and optimize ERP/MES solutions
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
- Support change management, training, and successful user adoption of new systems
