Our Family is seeking a highly detailed, proactive, and reliable Executive Housekeeper / Household Assistant to manage the daily up-keep, deep cleaning, and specialized task management of a busy entrepreneurial family. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional "eye for detail," requiring minimal supervision to identify and execute organizational and cleaning needs. This role involves comprehensive deep cleaning, laundry and wardrobe care, basic pet care, and at times running external household errands. A personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and an impeccable track record of honesty and reliability are strict requirements.

We do work from home, so its important that this person is comfortable with that. Someone is always home.
Tasks are:
High-Detail Deep Cleaning & Maintenance
• Execute meticulous daily vacuuming and weekly mopping across multiple levels (downstairs, upstairs, and staircases), ensuring all rugs/kitchen mats are removed beforehand, and corners, baseboards, and areas beneath moved furniture (couches, beds) are thoroughly cleaned.
• Deep clean and sanitize all household bathrooms weekly, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and mirrors.
• Conduct comprehensive dusting of all surfaces, specialized areas (e.g., media room, exotic pet areas), and high-dust zones like laundry machine tops on a weekly rotation with all other areas of the house.
• Perform a weekly deep-cleaning kitchen maintenance, ensuring the kitchen sink and countertops are entirely clear, washing stoves, and deeply sanitizing trash cans and the interiors/exteriors of all kitchen drawers.
• Maintain and deeply clean weekly interior appliances, including empty-and-wipe sanitization protocols for the garage and kitchen refrigerators to prevent odors.
• Clean interior stained windows and glass doors across the house.
2. Wardrobe & Premium Laundry Management
• Manage high-volume, multi-basket family laundry cycles daily (including specialized care for children’s and parents' garments).
• Ensure all clothes are dried, meticulously folded, and put away in their correct locations; prioritize specific family members' garments based on daily operational needs.
• Execute professional garment care including steaming or ironing to ensure no clothes are ever put away wrinkled.
• Perform basic garment maintenance such as light sewing repairs (e.g., mending shorts).
• Coordinate external dry-cleaning logistics, ensuring items are staged outside for pickup promptly upon arrival.
• Execute weekly linen management, including changing and washing all bed sheets and pillowcases, and duvet covers as needed,
3. Outdoor Maintenance & Specialized Lounges
• Maintain the backyard and outdoor patio spaces daily, ensuring all patio furniture/cushions are tidied and reset after pets misplace them.
• Perform daily yard sweeps to clear pet waste ("poop scoop" duties).
• Maintain specialized recreational spaces, including vacuuming the downstairs cigar lounge and deeply washing contaminated outdoor trash bins.
• Tidy and maintain utility spaces, including vacuuming the garage floor surface.
4. Food Prep & Kitchen Organization
• Execute recurring raw food prep exactly to our specifications (e.g., washing, cutting, and prepping celery; trimming/halving Brussels sprouts; peeling carrots).
• Monitor refrigerator inventory for spoilage, organize food items into special storage containers.
• Provide pristine post-event or post-guest kitchen clean-ups, The kitchen will need to be cleaned up to 3x a day.
5. Pet Care & Family Support
• Monitor and maintain outdoor pet hydration, ensuring dog bowls are washed and refilled with fresh water daily.
• Provide daily habitat maintenance for small animals (guinea pigs and lizards located in the garage/designated areas), ensuring cleanliness and fresh water access.
• Coordinate basic household dynamics when guests or vendors arrive.
6. Vehicle Organization & Household Errands
• Maintain personal and employer vehicles parked at the estate; clear out backpacks, lunch boxes, and personal items from vehicles (e.g., Mercedes, BMW) and return items to their proper household places; vacuum vehicle interiors as requested.
• Execute off-site corporate/household logistics, including handling large-scale shipping returns (e.g., Amazon drop-offs).
• Unbox, inventory, and distribute household supply deliveries (e.g., garbage bag shipments) immediately upon arrival.

Qualifications & Required Skills:
• Autonomy & Proactivity: Must possess "the eyes to see" household needs independently. This role requires an individual who actively remembers specialized tasks (e.g., flower care, balloon removal, specific room details) without needing constant daily reminders or repeating instructions.
• Communication: Strong, transparent communication skills. Must be proactive about texting the homeowner for clarification if an item's proper place is unknown, or if a loaded task list cannot be completed within the day's time constraints.
• Stamina & Efficiency: Ability to handle a highly dynamic, fluid workday. The role requires maintaining speed, focus, and a high work ethic even when supplementary tasks are text-messaged throughout the day on top of a standard daily list.
• Mobility & Logistics: Must own a reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver's license to complete off-site errands and drop-offs.
• Trustworthiness: Absolute honesty and reliability are non-negotiable qualities, as this role involves full access to the home, vehicles, children, and personal property.
This position is paying $1000 a week. It is CASH.
M-F 9 am - 5 pm.
MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN!!
This is equivalent to making $30/hourly at an organization after tax the payout would be $1000 a week. This is our budget and what we are offering. We are okay with someone with little to no expereince.
Our last gal was with our family for 11 years - we are praying to god to identify the same type of alignment.
