We provide high-quality, pre-qualified INBOUND leads — NO COLD CALLING. If you know how to close, handle objections, control a call, and put up numbers, we want you on our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Take high-volume inbound sales calls
Review clients' financial situations and identify solutions
Present debt settlement programs confidently and professionally
Educate clients on program benefits, risks, timelines, and expectations
OVERCOME OBJECTIONS AND CLOSE DEALS
Clearly explain program terms, payments, and timelines
Follow up aggressively through phone, text, and email
Manage your pipeline and hit daily/monthly KPIs
Maintain accurate CRM records
Follow company policies and compliance requirements
WHO WE WANT
We're looking for CLOSERS — not order takers.
1+ year of sales experience REQUIRED
Debt Settlement, Mortgage, Student Loans, or Insurance STRONGLY PREFERRED
1+ year of call center experience preferred
Proven ability to close and consistently hit sales goals
Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
Comfortable working inside CRM systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
MONEY-MOTIVATED
