**VFM is looking for a motivated, driven, and competitive Sales Associate to join our growing team!**

### What You'll Do
* Meet with residential and commercial customers
* Follow up on leads
* Create estimates and sell fencing, gates, rails, and other exterior products
* Build strong customer relationships from first appointment through final payment
* Help customers find the best solution for their project
* Take ownership of your sales and hit monthly goals
### What We're Looking For
* Strong sales and communication skills
* Self-motivated and competitive attitude
* Hungry to earn and grow
* Organized and dependable
* Comfortable working independently and following up consistently
* Previous construction or fencing experience is a plus, but not required
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
