Position Overview

As a Fencing Sales Associate, you will help homeowners and businesses find the right fencing solutions while delivering exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through the sales process.

No fencing experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Compensation
Paid Training Salary during the onboarding period
Base Salary + Commission after successful completion of training
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Performance bonuses available
Responsibilities
Meet with customers to discuss fencing needs and provide recommendations
Prepare accurate estimates and sales proposals
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Answer questions regarding products, installation, and warranties
Coordinate with office staff and installation teams
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Achieve monthly sales goals
Represent VFM Fence with honesty and integrity
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn technical product knowledge
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
