Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient health and vital signs
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
Maintain accurate patient care documentation
Assist with light housework, meal prep, and errands as needed
Requirements:
Valid CNA certification (State of California)
TB test and nationwide background check
California DSS-HCSB Home Care Aide registration
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
At least one year of caregiving experience preferred
Legal resident of the US
