💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Companionship: Provide meaningful conversation and emotional support
- Meal Preparation: Cook nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs
- Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on schedule with their medications
- Light Housekeeping: Keep living spaces clean and safe
- Mobility Assistance: Support safe transfers and movement around the home
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in client condition
- Documentation: Maintain accurate care records

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience: Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, nursing home, or family caregiving)
- Heart: Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
- Reliable Transportation: Valid CA driver's license and dependable vehicle (many clients are located throughout the Valley)
- Clean Background: Must pass background check
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Communication: Strong English communication skills
- Physical Ability: Able to assist with transfers and mobility support
